WHAT ARE WAGER BATTLES?
Wager Battles are PvP battles where both players bet Pokecoins. The winner takes the entire pot!

HOW TO ACCESS
Open the dock menu and go to Battle > Wager.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Enter the Wager Battle lobby
2. Choose your bet amount
3. Wait for a challenger or accept a match
4. Battle against the opponent's team
5. Winner takes the combined bet!

BET AMOUNTS
You can wager varying amounts:
- Small bets: 100-500 coins
- Medium bets: 1,000-5,000 coins
- Large bets: 10,000-50,000 coins
- High roller: 50,000+ coins

STRATEGY FOR WAGER BATTLES
1. Only wager what you can afford to lose
2. Start with small bets to practice
3. Build a strong PvP team first (see Team Building guide)
4. Study type matchups thoroughly
5. Watch for patterns in popular team compositions

RISK MANAGEMENT
- Never bet your entire balance
- Set a daily limit for wager battles
- If you lose 3 in a row, take a break
- Use small bets to test new team compositions
- Save big bets for when you're confident

EARNING POTENTIAL
- Consistent winners can earn massive coins
- A 70% win rate means steady profit over time
- Use winnings to buy rare Pokemon from the marketplace
- Wager battles are the fastest way to get rich (or go broke!)

TIPS
- Practice in regular ranked first (no coin risk)
- Know the current meta teams
- Speed control is crucial — faster Pokemon often win
- Always have a Fairy type for Dragon counters
